My little pug Tobi has been going to Happy Dog over the past month for day-care and boarding for 10 days and I could not be happier. Tobi loves the facility and is super excited to see his new friends when I drop him off. Michelle and her staff are extremely friendly and show a great deal of love and attention to each dog.
The facility is very clean and the entire experience is very professional and efficient. I strongly recommend Happy Dog!

Michelle and the rest of the Happy Dog crew are incredible! They take such great care of my Tessie and genuinely care about each individual dog. They take the time to learn about each dog’s personality, any little quirks or things that may cause them anxiety. I know she is safe and happy when I drop her off, whether it’s for day care or boarding. I recommend Happy Dog 100%
I have boarded my Bernese Mountain Dog many times over the past several years at Happy Dog Pet Resort and I only have positive things to say about Michelle and her team there. They are courteous, respectful, and very nurturing to all the dogs there. My dog loves it there and I really appreciate the cage-free aspect of the boarding. Also, there is a great backyard that is setup like a real playground for the dogs. I also enjoy checking in on my dog while I am gone, as they are great with posting a bunch of pictures to their Facebook page. I can’t say enough good things about Happy Dogs if you are looking for a place on the South Shore to board your dog.

Absolutely love happy dog. My dog goes there for daycare a couple days a week and he loves it he can not wait to go. The staff is friendly and great with the dogs. Best decision I made was to start to bring him there.
We absolutely love Happy Dog! Our dog Maverick drags us in on daycare days and is always so happy and tired from having fun with his friends when he comes home! It’s so amazing to bring your dog somewhere where you know he or she is loved like one of their own! The staff are amazing and so knowledgeable! I could go on forever!
Happy Dog Pet Resort is my favorite place to bring my Service Dog Emoji. Michelle and her staff do an amazing job! I have brought Emoji to Happy Dog for Boarding and Doggie Day Care as well. They have very reasonable rates for the various services they provide. Emoji feels very much at home there. They have a very clean facility which is very well organized. Michelle is very detail oriented. I chose to select ball play and a few pics as add on services. It gave me great peace of mind to see Emoji having fun while I was away. I feel very comfortable leaving Emoji at Happy Dog Pet Resort. I know she is in very competent hands and being very well taken care of. ❤️🐕👍
Michelle and her staff are amazing they are wonderful they took excellent care of Duke while we’re away on vacation!! Right off the bat when we first met we got an excellent first impression. Michelle and her staff are very warm and friendly and were great with our Duke! When we came home after our vacation Duke was relaxed, happy and tired lol. Thanks again!! ❤️
I cannot say enough good things about Happy Dog Pet Resort. Our dog, Parsley, has been coming here for daycare since he was 6 months old.
When he first started, he was quite timid—especially around larger dogs. The owner, Michelle, and her amazing team picked up on this immediately and were so patient, easing him into the group at a pace he was comfortable with. Thanks to their knowledge and care, Parsley has blossomed into such a confident dog who truly loves daycare. The second we pull up the driveway, he starts his “excited whimpers” and can’t get inside fast enough! It is clear he feels safe and happy here.
As a bonus, we look forward to the photo texts and the updates on their Facebook page—it’s the best part of our work day! He always comes home happy and perfectly exhausted. If you’re looking for a place that treated your pup like family, this is it. We haven’t boarded him yet but definitely feel confident doing so if and when the need arises!
Happy Dog Pet Resort always provide excellent care for my three dogs. I can relax and enjoy my vacation, knowing that my dogs are also enjoying their vacation. I love seeing pictures of my dogs during their time at Happy Dog. I can tell that they are genuinely happy and safe while I’m away. I’d rate Happy Dog A++.
Our dogs love going to Happy Dog! When we go away we completely entrust their care to them. We never worry about them while we’re gone. We’ve left them for as little as two days and as long as 11. They go to daycare there one day a week and they can’t get out of the car fast enough!

She attends day care on a regular basis, so when her mom goes away, she considers her time there her second home! I have always found Michelle, the owner, to be totally on top of the needs of the pups in her care and has hired an outstanding staff who truly have connections with each and every dog. We consider them all a part of our extended family and would highly recommend them to care for your pup.
